Annual Events
Silver Tea
The first Sunday in May we celebrate the annual Lunar Rendezvous Festival and show off our hospitality with the Silver Tea. Continuing a tradition that began in the 1980s, each year a local wildflower is chosen for our commemorative teacups. These beautiful cups are a local collectible.
Just a Pretty Table
One of the most sought after tickets in the Bay Area is BAMG’s annual Just a Pretty Table luncheon in October. Designers both professional and amateur wow guests with their creativity at decorating a tablescape, from the art of Van Gogh to a full-size space suit on loan from NASA.
Music at the Museum
In partnership with the Houston Symphony League-Bay Area, the museum hosts an evening of music and wine in late October.
Toyland Fantasy
What year wouldn’t be complete without a breakfast with Santa for children of all ages? This tradition has continued for almost 30 years, but Santa hasn’t aged a bit.
